Hi Anonymous,

Try this measure using CALCULATE Function

VAR ExitDate =
    CALCULATE(
        MAX('ProjectPhaseMilestones'[ActualEndDate]),
        'ProjectPhaseMilestones'[MilestonesName] = "Exit Meeting"
    )

VAR FinalAuditDate =
    CALCULATE(
        MAX('ProjectPhaseMilestones'[ActualEndDate]),
        'ProjectPhaseMilestones'[MilestonesName] = "Final Audit Report"
    )
