Hi Anonymous 

Open edit queries, select these columns and unpivot columns

LV-Std LV-Ex HV-std HV-ex

Close&&apply, create a measure

flag = IF(MAX(Sheet2[Value])in {"yes","(yes)"},1,0)

Add it in the visual level filter
