"Unknown Error"

I currently on a Pro Trial with 205 days remaining but can't access any of the reports shared with me. I keep getting the following error;

    It looks as though it's a security / firewall issue my end so please close :)

    Hi markjb,

     

    Were these reports share by internal user or external users? How did the author share reports with you, from share dashboard feature, or apps or other feature?
