What's the version of your Power BI Desktop? Please try to update the latest one if it still not the latest version. Please make sure that you have deleted all of the cache files under the below directories after close Power BI Desktop:
- C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\PowerQuery\Cache
- C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\Cache
- C:\Users\<username>\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop Store App\ExtensionCache
- C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftPowerBIDesktop_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Local\Power BI Desktop
Then open Power BI Desktop again to check if it can work well...

The issue was resolved by deleting the cache.key file here: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\Cache
