    Hi Clint try the following measure,

    COUNTAX (
    FILTER (
    'Boydenhancements',
    'Boydenhancements'[Status] IN { "Removed", "N/A", "Completed", "Not Approved" }
    ),
    'Boydenhancements'[Status]
    )
