turn off the --This visual is responsive-- font changes (not visual interaction)
Just this week I started creating visuals whose x-axis or y-axis fonts will not change. There is a little triangle beside that formatting section that now says, "This visual is responsive." I want my selected font size without enlarging the visual. Can this "feature" be disabled?

You can go to Formatting Pane -> General -> Properties -> Advanced options and turn off Responsive.
