True False expression does not specify a column

I have been struggling trying to get this measure correct. I need to have a count in my table for the survey ID so that I can see how many surveys there were for each dealer in the past month that answered the dealer experience question on the survey. The issue with the measure below happens when I add in the Dates in Period function. I need the count to only be for the past month of data and I need the date function to ignore the dealer, territory, and division filters on the table. When I don't have the ALL function in the calculation, the date changes depending on the dealer because some haven't filled out a survey for a couple of months. If you can help me come up with a solution to the "True/False expression does not specify a column. Each True/False expression used as a table filter expression must refer to exactly one column. " error, that would be great!

 

CALCULATE(COUNTA(Query1[Survey_ID]), Query1[question] in {"Dealer Experience"}, CALCULATE(DATESINPERIOD( 'Date Table'[Date],MAX('Date Table'[Date]), -1, MONTH), FILTER(Query1, ALL('Query1'[Dealer])), FILTER(Query1, ALL(Query1[Service_Territory])), FILTER(Query1, ALL(Query1[Service_Division]))))

    Survey Count Last Month = 
CALCULATE(
    COUNTA(Query1[Survey_ID]), 
    Query1[question] = "Dealer Experience",
    DATESINPERIOD(
        'Date Table'[Date],
        MAX('Date Table'[Date]),
        -1, 
        MONTH
    ),
    ALL('Query1'[Dealer]),
    ALL(Query1[Service_Territory]),
    ALL(Query1[Service_Division])
)
