Trouble loading XML File

Power BI will not read my XML File.  It returns:

Excel reads the file OK.  Access says schema cannot contain [.]  

Ultimately I need to read this file from a URL, but I first want to know that PBI can read the data.  

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
