Tricky One - SOS!

Question

I have "Yes" in different columns [indicating if a service is given to a customer or not]. A row indicates entry of one customer [there can be multiple line items for one customer]. And have Revenue in yet another column. What is the logic behind this?&nbsp; For example, why is it 40000, not 10000?
