Track changes from dataverse table

Hi all,   I'm trying to see if there is a way to highlight a change to a project that I'm recording on a table on dataverse. For example, if the status of the project changes, I'd like to show that...

    Hi  mwinds ,

    I created some data:

    Would you consider adding a time field to the table that records the time of day for all data records, and using measure to determine the date of previous data to highlight?

    Customized rules: Previous data date: 2024.2.4

     

    Here are the steps you can follow：

    1. Create measure.

    color =
var _previousdate=DATE(2024,2,4)
return
IF(
    MAX('Time_Table'[Date])>_previousdate,"red")

    2. Select [ID] – Conditional formatting – Background color.

    3. Result:
