Total amount fully divested & partially sold

Hi friends, 

I have a "F_Balance" fact table that is updated weekly, displaying the daily balances of investors. The investors can sell all of their stocks or partially. 
I would like to ask for a help to find out the amount which that the investors have fully divested and the amount which the investors have partially sold.

ThxAlothas already assisted me in calculating the number of investors who have fully divested and those who have partially sold their holdings. Sample data is here PowerBI

To further explore this analysis, I have the following questions:

• What is the total amount that the investors have fully divested?

• What is the total amount that the investors have partially sold?

• What is the total amount invested by new investors?

• Can we display the number of investors who have sold all their stocks when using the matrix table in PowerBi? Currently, it only shows the number of investors who have partially sold their stocks.
