Topdesk Dashboard/report
Hi all,
I want to start creating a Topdesk dashboard with PowerBI. I've connected PowerBI to our Topdesk service and I can import data. But there is a lot of data to import which makes it difficult to get a good view of everything. I've been trying to find example dashboards or guides, but there are next to none. I also tried the search function on this forum, but only came up with 1 result.
Does anyone know a good example dashboard or is willing to share something? If someone knows a good site with information, that would be really helpfull as well.

Pink Elephant used to have some Power BI templates in the TOPdesk marketplace but they have been removed. This is a great video that might give you some additional examples for reporting. Hope it helps.
