Tooltip not working

Hello,     

Unfortunately my toolip has broken.  It now has an Information icon which says "We're automatically binning your data"

It works fine when the data is reduced to the first 2 months, so it appears to be an increase in the number of days which are being summarized in the tooltip which is the problem (the number of records in the tooltip doesn't change).

Any idea how to solve this ?
