Tooltip Delay - is it possible?

I have a request to delay the display of the tooltip.  I'm not aware of any setting to control how quickly the tooltip displays.

Is there any kind of setting or functionality to achieve this?  If not I would love to hear any suggestion for a creative workaround .

AMMOORE74 as you mentioned there is no such option for tooltip delay and I'm not aware if there is any workaround. I hope to hear from others if they know any technique for this.
