Tool Tips - Count Yes/No

I have a map graph showing different countries. In 'location' i have two columns from my spreadsheet. Both columns have either 'yes' or 'no'.   When I hover over each country, I want the tool tips ...

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    I’m not quite sure about what the result do you want , simply figure that you probably need the measure(showing the numbers of countries which have 'yes') and set it to the tooltip.

    Please correct me if I go wrong, more details will be appreciated.
