Toggle between sources in the same report
Hi
I have a dashboard that explores overtime using several different graphs. Currently some have 'overtime hours' as the value and some have 'overtime cost' as the value.
All the data is from the same source but ideally I'd love to be able to toggle between hour or cost using the same dashboard.
Is this possible?

If you want to switch / toggle the view at the same report, you should try bookmarks.
Basically you would create one bookmark for Overtime hours and one for Overtime cost.

Hi Migasuke ,
I created two bookmarks: one where the value is by time and one where the value is by cost. The visuals are all the same but if I update the second bookmark it overrides the value on the first bookmark despite clicking 'update' for each seperatly.
Any ideas how to save one dashboard with all values set to time and an identical dashboard with all values set to cost?
Any help would be greatly appreciate

the bookmarks can be bit difficult for the first time. I ll try to explain the process.
First, be sure you have opened bookmark pane and selection pane.
Trick here is, that you hide one of the visual with the eye icon and then you create a new bookmark.
Then you unhide the visual and hide the other one, which should dissapear. Again you will create another bookmark. So if you have 2 visuals which should switch , you will always have 1 visibe and 1 hidden.
Sometimes the "update bookmark" doesnt work, or at least I also struggled few times, so I rather delete bookmark and create a new one from a scratch.
But again, trick here is, to set up hide/unhide and create after the bookmark.
