The web browser exited unexpectedly

Go to File-> Options and settings -> Options -> Security Option -> and check : Use My Default browser( Visible after scroll)

if needed, clear the cache of the default browser

To enable the updated Edge-based version of Web.BrowserContents in Power BI Desktop, enable the “Web page connector infrastructure update” preview feature. Refer this official documentation to make troubleshooting

If the above ones can't solve the problem, could you please provide the following info?

• Can that web url be accessible via the Internet?
• Whether it can load the data successfully when connect to other web url in Power BI Desktop?
