    Hi bewilson ,

     

    According to my tests, the same link scraped data is different in Power BI Desktop and Power Query Editor in Excel.

    If you don't mind, you can first get the web page data in Excel, and then connect Excel in Power BI to get the web page data you want.

Are you using the same Power Query script from Excel Power Query to Power BI Desktop?   Reply with a screenshot, as well as the URL and script that you are using.    Does the webpage require any special authentication?
