    Please use the below measure..I assume the column is "Tipo Area", if not please replace the right column names which is used in the visual

    If(Hasonefilter(Ago 24[Tipo Area]),
    CALCULATE(MAX('Ago 24'[MO])), 
    SUMX(VALUES('Ago 24'[Tipo Area]),CALCULATE(MAX('Ago 24'[MO])))

You can tweak your measure like the below..

CURRENT MO = 

If(Hasonefilter(Ago 24[DATE]),
CALCULATE(MAX('Ago 24'[MO])), 
SUMX(VALUES('Ago 24'[DATE]),CALCULATE(MAX('Ago 24'[MO])))
