Summaries data in a table based on specific "string value in a column"
Hi Experts
is it possible to summarise / extract the data from a table for instances where we have cancellation in column B and the start date is the same as the end date in the respective columns.
see example so i only want to show row 2 in a new table
| ID | Transaction Type | Start Date | End Adte |
| 1 | Good | 01/01/2020 | 30/03/2020 |
| 2 | Cancellation | 03/03/2020 | 03/03/2020 |
| 3 | ok | 02/02/2020 | 30/03/2020 |
| 4 | Poor | 12/01/2020 | 31/01/2020 |
Hi Anonymous ,
Try this to create a new table:
T_Cancellation = FILTER('Table (2)'; 'Table (2)'[Transaction Type] = "Cancellation" && 'Table (2)'[Start Date] = 'Table (2)'[End Adte])Ricardo

Hi Anonymous ,
I didn't get what you want... just filter ?
If you wanna show it using table, try it:
CALCULATE(COUNT('Table'[ID]); FILTER('Table'; 'Table'[Transaction Type] = "Cancellation" && 'Table'[Start Date] = 'Table'[End Adte]))Ricardo- AnonymousNot applicable
