    You can try measure as:

    Measure = 
CALCULATE(
    CONCATENATEX('Table',MAX('Table'[Student]),","),
    FILTER(
        'Table',
        'Table'[Score A\ScoreB]=MAX('Table'[Score A\ScoreB]) && 'Table'[Score B]=MAX('Table'[Score B])
    )
)

    Hi Sir, Unable to bring Student names in mAtrix like you brought. Whe I add Student names in the Values field, I get same Student names, multiple times in all rows & Columns
