Storing feedback from user for Q&A feature
Hi Team,
We are implementing Q&A section of PowerBI in our report. In this we have "Is this useful?" like button where end user will vote for like/Dislike.
We want to know where this data is getting saved and if we can access that data.
below is the screenshot for the same.
Can you please help me?
Please let me know if you need any further details.

Hi Vaidehi_Pradeep,
If you're looking for a way to capture user feedback, particularly around the "Is this useful?" feature, you might want to explore the Power BI User Feedback custom visual. This visual allows you to collect feedback directly from users within the report, and the data can be stored in various destinations such as SharePoint, Excel, or even sent via email. It could serve as a good alternative if you need to track user feedback in a more structured way.
Unfortunately, as of now, Power BI’s Q&A feature doesn’t save responses for like/dislike votes, but using a custom visual like this one can help achieve a similar goal, with the added benefit of flexible storage options.
Let me know if you'd like help setting it up!

Hi Vaidehi_Pradeep ,
This is not available in Power BI's Q&A at this time, but I think your idea makes sense and I suggest you post it here:
Home (microsoft.com)
Hopefully this will be possible in a future release.
Best Regards,
Dino Tao
