Sticky header with dropdown elements

Hi, I am new to Power BI and am currently struggling with implementing a sticky header with dropdown elements. The idea is, that the header with the dropdowns remains visible while scrolling down, so that the user can see and change his selection. If anyone has an idea how to do this, I would be very grateful.
