static legend
Hi,
I want to make a static legend in power bi, something like this:
How can I do? I don't want to use an image.

You can also try 'Shapes' or a 'Treemap'.

What's a "static legend"?
I mean a legend like the image I've attached, like a text
Well, just create a table with the entries above, don't connect the table to anything else and put the column where the entries are stored into a slicer or into a table. You'll have a legend.
