Smart Narrative
I am unable to use/add dynamic values to the current visual, although everything is enabled(English language as set in Q&A visuals)

It seems it generates the result of "Highest Count of uuid as a % of total Count of uuid" automatically. It's not dynamic probably due to hitting the following limitations:
How do you hope this result to be dynamic? Maybe the numerator or denominator needs to be dynamic? If so I would suggest that you create a measure in advance, use the measure to get the dynamic result you want. Then map text to the measure. You can refer to "Edit the summary" section of the following documentation. The considerations and limitations are also listed there.
