Hi, I have a dashboard which contains a list of organisation names, but these exist within a hierarchy, e.g. all organisations belong to a region, and all regions belong to a country. I would...

wouldn't you want a dimension such as this:
Organisation Region Country Kent and Medway STP South East England South West London Healthcare Partnership South West Some Bogus Country In this way, when you add this to a hierarchy slicer, you would get the required levels.
