Slice by Condition (I think)

Hello , I was hoping someone could help please

I have a table like below:

I have a stacked column chart that shows the number of closed against the date they were closed. I then have a slicer which slices by Department(from another table)

Is there a way to get it to slice to show only items where task its START status?
