SLA Date Question

Hi, I have a created date and a closed by date. If the closed by date is prior to todays date its breached its SLA. Is there a calculation i could do to reflect this? Hope it makes sense. Example: ...

    if([Resolve By SLA Deadline] < today(), "SLA breached", "Not")

     

     

    if([Resolve By SLA Deadline] > today(), "SLA breached", "Not")

dommyw277 , You statement and example is not match

 

But you can create a column like

 

if([Close Deadline date] < today(), "SLA breached", "Not")

 

 

or

 

if([Close Deadline date] > today(), "SLA breached", "Not")
