    Anonymous this should be relatively simple.

    Create a 1-many relationship between "All_Luton_Postcodes" and "BasicCompanyData" on the PostCode→RegAddress_PostCode.

    Then in the report, use a date slicer on "Incorporation Date" to filter by the dates desired, and a slicer on "LocalAuthrityName" to filter to the locale desired.  Then add a table or matrix visual showing the desired information (CompanyNumber, IncorporationDate, Postal Code, etc.)
