Show column count for each user

Hi, I'm very new to Power BI.

I'm trying to create a Matrix that extracts the below Excel data and outputs to the following table, so I can create a few visual graphs from the 2nd table.

Would really appreciate someone to guide me please as I'm a beginner. Thanks in advance !

    Hi Dante79,

I hope instead of merge, Unpivoting the column would helped you.

    Best Regards,

    Ravi

Thanks for your prompt reply !

I tried some of the steps in the link and managed to merge the columns into one but still can't figure out how to achieve the output table view that I desired.
