Sharing reports with external users

Thanks for that suggestion and we did think of that but I forgot to mention that we don't want this data going to anyone only approved users.

Solution SpecialistI see. In this scenario, your company have to assign him a Pro subscription according to Microsoft good practice.

They already have a pro subscription... They can see the Q&A and ask single questions of the data but they cannot pin the visuals nor can they see the dashboard tiles or reports. It's reports that are the most important thing for clients to see
