Helper IIIn realiaty, I actually expect to get many files into one from different share point folders. If this is the case, am i need to create as many queries as many files

Solution SageNot really, you need to create as many query as many combination of folder and type of file (if folder contains only one tipe you can get it in one time). Later you can consolidate your data in one or more query with append or merge and load only the final queries.
