SharePoint - Visualize the List - Created - Not showing current data

​As of December 2025, Microsoft officially moved away from that "one-click" integration in favor of the Export to Power BI flow.

 

The following are the options available now -

  • Export to Power BI directly from SharePoint list
  • Create a report on a SharePoint List in Power BI Desktop
