Semantic Model Practice

Hi. I think microsoft learn doc is interesting. You could do SQLBI data modling course, free or paid one. It's ver strong knowledge with practice. Those are great. You can also read books about modeling like "The star schema". https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/guidance/star-schema
Just in case if you want DAX it's sqlbi guys. You can take the free or paid DAX course to deep dive . They used to have challenges a long time ago, but I don't know if those are still at their web. You can always ask IA for requirements at a dataset you describe them or the contoso one at dax.do
And just in case if you want power query, reading articles Ben should do the main strong therical understanding. The practice here would be thinking about random data for analysis like energy, traffic or public opne data. Get those and clean with power query https://bengribaudo.com/power-query-m-primer
There were youtubers doing challenges like Curbal BI. But I don't know if those are still active. You could look those and practice
I hope that helps,
