Helper IIISelectedValue from a SPECIFIC PAGE
Hi,
i have several pages with the same Slicer,
i am NOT syncing them, by design because each report has different outputs based on the slicer.
i need to have one report to "get them all together" , and this is where its tricky, i cant "tell" the measure - get the "slicer value" from that specific page.
* the temp workaround is "Filters on this visual", it works ,i can tell each visual which "slicer selection" needs to be, all on the same page. but i hate this approach, i prefer to have a Dax measure for it
what do you suggest, would love your help

Red217 You are on a good track, having visual level filters can be confusing, so better to create measures that are pre-filtering your data:
for example, the sum of sales of active products
Active Product Sales = CALCULATE( SUM ( Table[Sales] ), Product[Status] = "Active" )Measure like above, you are filtering on active products rather than having a visual level filter where status = active. Use a similar approach, create your measures based on your business logic, and use in the visuals.

the measure that i trying to filter is the following:

"XXX", [another measure] ),
[XXX] )what is the syntax / way to add a filter to this measure by slicer ?
