Resolver ISecuring report values using a RACI Matrix

based on the information you provided, I have createt an example on how this can be solved, attached at the bottom of this post.
In general, you should look into dynamic row level security, using the DAX-function Userprinicipalname to detect the viewer of the report.Cheers,
