Scroll options in tool tip
Hello.
When i´m adding a tool tip to my graphs I can enter the tool tip box shortly and scroll inside it, but it immidiately disappears when i move the mouse away form the graph and inside the tool tip box.
Is it posible to stay inside my tool tip and scroll without the tool tip disappears?

According to your description, it seems that you want to slide the scroll bar of Tooltips(Reprt page level) when your mouse is hovering over the field ,right?
Based on my test, it‘s really not keen enough. I have found some submitted ideas which are similar with what you expect in the following link, please vote it up and you can add comments in to hope Power Bi will implement this in nearby future.
