SAP BW Data Pull Issue

I am getting data from SAP.  In the SAP BW query that I am tapping into, there are too many date entries (between 2014 and 2017) which causes the upload to error out.  Is there a way to control data ranges when pulling data from SAP BW?

    Could you post the query and what is the exact error message?
