Same calculated data but return different Valus

If anyone can help with - 

I have the Calculate(SumX()) Function to calcuate the total completed %, but the filters showing the 2 same 100% as below highlighted screenshot. I created another column for the IF function as below, but the same 100% are showing different values, as below second screenshot. 

Overall Status = If ('Control Extract'[LOE% Per Control]>=1, "Yes", "No")
 
Can anyone help with this and how I can fix this? It sounds like to me the two 100.00% may be the different data type, but they are in the same column and showing all the decimal number under the Data Type, and Format is Percentage.
