Sales Conversion Rate

Hi,

I want to display sales conversion rate on a column chart. Let's say 100 leads got created in a month and 25 opportunities were marked as WON in the same month, then the rate is 25/100 or 25%. I need this rate to be on a chart over a period of 2 years for each month i.e. no of leads created in a month and no of opportunities marked as WON in the same month. I am not getting the desired result on the chart.

Please help.

Thanks,

Vaibhav

    Hi  Anonymous  ,

    According to your description, I create this data:

    Definition rules:

    When it's A, it's leads

    Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Create calculated column.

    Month = MONTH('Table'[date])

    2. Create measure.

    Measure =
    var _A=CALCULATE(COUNT('Table'[leads]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Month]=MAX('Table'[Month])&&'Table'[leads]="A"))
    var _mark=CALCULATE(COUNT('Table'[opportunities]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Month]=MAX('Table'[Month])&&'Table'[opportunities]=MAX('Table'[opportunities])&&'Table'[leads]="A"))
    return
    DIVIDE(_mark,_A)

    3. Result.

    You can downloaded PBIX file from here.

    If my answer doesn't meet your expectation ,can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data

    Best Regards,

    Liu Yang

  • Anonymous , Need some data to suggest.

    Do you have a flag in the same row where opportunity is created?

    Are there two dates? If use you need date table.

    Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

      Hi Liu,

      Thanks for your response. I think you have considered only the opportunities. In our scenario, there are 2 entities: lead and opportunity.

      I want to calculate the following and plot on the chart:

      Total no of opportunities WON in a month/Total no of leads created in the same month

      Thanks,

      Vaibhav
