Resident Rockstar1. The RLS is applicable for entire .pbix work file , bec it will apply on dataset level only.
2. if u want to use sample RLS to another report there is two options
a. u have to do manual copy and paste , so this is totally waste i know very well :-)
b. Duplicate the workbook .pbix file and remove all the pages and use it , this is cool
