    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Try to create the following measure.

     

    Measure = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Value]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table'),[Date]<=MAX('Table'[Date])))

     

    Sample data is as follows. A date field is required.

    Below are the results.
