Right First Time Report

Hi,

I'm trying to make a report which will look at data on the failures we've had with a group of assets and report back when the following situation happens:

The asset fails, it goes into the workshop to be fixed and is returned to production. Within a 10 day period, it has to go back to the shop for another failure.

Also, the user would need to be able to choose a date range which they were interested in.

The point being so we can see how often repairs are being done right first time. It sounded simple to me at first but it really isn't! πŸ™‚

Here's an example of the raw data and the kind of thing I'm after:

Any ideas would be much appreciate. Thanks.

  • Anonymous , Create two new column and check if they work for you

    Next Date =
    var _dt = [Date of work start]
    return
    minx(filter(Table, [Assets] = earlier([Assets]) && [Date of work start] >_dt && [Date of work start] <=_dt +10),[Date of work start])

    Date diff =
    datediff([Date of work start],[Next Date],day)
