Return Multiple values from a string

I have a list of job descriptions scraped from job boards that are varible strings  I also have a list of job skills  What I would like to do is create a column that comtains the words in the skill...

    Try this:

    Measure = 
COUNTROWS(
    CALCULATETABLE(
        'Table',
        CONTAINSSTRING( 'Table'[JD], MAX( 'Skills Table'[Skill] ) )
    )
)
