Response rate
Hi Team,
I have two tables.
One with survey score received on tickets for July month.
Second table is a list of closed tickets in July.
Now I want to show response rate per assignment group Mentioned in tables.
Can you please help, how to get this.
I would like to show the result in matrix view as well.

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data

Ramendra , Not very clear. You need to have a common date table and other common tables like an assignment. And you can analyze data together.
