Resolving ambiguity
Is there a reason why I cant have 2 active relationships going to the same table? I dont see a path that causes ambiguity
PowerBITestingG it is clearly an ambiguity
The top table will filter the left table and the left table filters the right table and thats' why there is an inactive relationship between top table and the right table.
You should have given some names to the tables in the image.

It is against the dimensional modeling rules, visual/measures will not able to work on how to interact with other visuals on the page.
