Resize pie chart

Hello,   I have 12 departments, and I want to visualize their percentages using a pie chart in Power BI. However, with this many slices, the percentages become difficult to read. Is there a way to ...

    With that much category, a pie chart isn't really a good idea. I would use a table with gradient/data bars formatting on the values or a column/bar chart.

Use a calculated column or measure to group smaller slices into an "Others" category:

Grouped Department = 
IF(
[Percentage] < 5, 
"Others", 
'Departments'[Department]
)

While still a circular chart, a doughnut chart offers better visual balance for a high number of slices.
