"report server" refresh data

Hello,

 

I am having a problem with a few reports refreshing.  I added the same Excel document to each of these reports that contains information needed for the reports that I could not pull in from other sources.  I was initially able to add the Excel document as a Datasource to the Gateway Clusters, but our server went offline for a few moments and since then I cannot re-establish the connection successfully to this Excel file.

 

Is there some trick I am missing? 

 

I have a ton of reports that are connected to an SS-ERP gateway - I do not use a personal gateway because it will cause my other reports to fail.  All reports connected to the gateway are refreshing with no problem.  My only issue is the reports with the Excel tables included.

 

The error message is below.  Thanks for any assistance.

    Can you try to connect to the Excel file locally?

     

    Is there any changes on your all clients which Gateway installed? 

     

    Try to reconfigure the datasoure for the GateWay  Cluster and re-install Gateway on the computer which may has issue.
