Report Layout Differences may exist

Hello, I have the latest version of power bi desktop installed (2.122.746.0) but when I try and open my report (downloaded from the service) I get the following error:   "This Power BI report file...

    yes, you are on the latest but because you downloaded a report that was created using the last version, it shows this.

     

    check the version of the downloaded one if it matches this 2.122.746.0

Yes the downloaded one is newer... does that mean we cannot edit the report in the Desktop app until Novembers desktop app is released?

 

EDIT

Looks like there was just a delay between MS updating the service and them releasing the updated Desktop app, a new version just came out and now the error has gone away.
