Replicate a chart from excel

Hello! I'm trying to replicate a chart from excel which has this:   Where "Tickets" is the amount of items in the chart. When I try to see how its made I see this formula: "='Cycle Time'!$F$...

I dont think thats my issue, let me make myself clear, I want down there a value that updates depending on the filters I have and returns the number of tickets that are being filtered.

For example from 1 to 10 or 1 to 100, do I make myself clear?

I'm not familiar with excel formulas.

Can you share your sample data and expected results directly? So that I can understand your problem more directly and write the corresponding formulas.
